1. Introduction and License

Popmolly is an online casino and iGaming platform operated under a license issued by the Government of Curacao, which authorizes the provision of real-money online gambling services, including casino games, live dealer products, pokie machines, table games, and associated promotional services. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Popmolly (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the services provided through the Popmolly website and any associated mobile applications or digital interfaces (hereinafter referred to as “the User,” “you,” or “your”).

Any account found to be registered by or used on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Platform is accessible to users in Australia, subject to compliance with all applicable Australian consumer protection laws, anti-money laundering legislation, and responsible gambling standards. Popmolly does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, including but not limited to the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, and any other jurisdiction where the provision or receipt of online gambling services is unlawful. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Popmolly shall bear no liability for any legal consequences arising from a User’s access to the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Popmolly reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts, void any pending transactions or bonus balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All Users are required to complete a mandatory identity verification process in accordance with the Platform’s Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Verification may be required at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal request, or at any other time at the Platform’s discretion. Accepted forms of identification include a valid government-issued photo identity document, proof of residential address issued within the last three months, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawal rights, or permanent account closure. 3.3 Account Security

You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other individual to access or use your account. Popmolly shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify the Platform’s customer support team immediately.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, complete, and current. The provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Popmolly accepts deposits through a range of approved payment methods, which may include credit and debit cards, electronic wallets, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency options, subject to availability and applicable jurisdictional restrictions. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the User’s own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification and compliance with all applicable wagering requirements. 5. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other active promotions unless explicitly stated. Popmolly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. 6. Prohibited Activities and Fair Play

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Platform:

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized reversal of payment transactions
• Misrepresenting identity, age, or jurisdictional location during registration or verification
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity

7. Responsible Gambling

Popmolly is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a range of tools and resources to assist Users in managing their gambling activity. Available responsible gambling measures include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, self-exclusion options, and reality check notifications. Users who believe they may have developed a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek support from independent organizations specializing in gambling harm assistance. Popmolly reserves the right to impose responsible gambling restrictions on any account where the Platform identifies patterns of behavior indicative of problem gambling, regardless of whether a formal request has been made by the User.

8. Fraud Prevention and Security Monitoring

The Platform employs advanced security monitoring systems to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, and suspicious behavior. All accounts and transactions are subject to continuous monitoring. Where suspicious activity is identified, Popmolly may, without prior notice, temporarily suspend or permanently close the affected account, freeze associated funds, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Users consent to this monitoring activity as a condition of using the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Popmolly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, unauthorized account access, or changes to applicable law. The Platform’s total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Popmolly reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances involving violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, receipt of a regulatory directive, or any other situation in which continued account operation is deemed contrary to the Platform’s legal or operational obligations. Upon termination, any bonus funds will be immediately voided. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the User following the completion of any outstanding investigations, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

11. Dispute Resolution and Complaint Handling

Users who wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform’s services must do so in the first instance by contacting the Platform’s customer support team, providing full details of the issue and any supporting documentation. Popmolly commits to acknowledging all complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, the User may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body or regulatory authority as specified under the Platform’s licensing framework. All disputes shall be subject to the governing law provisions set out in Section 12 of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, as the jurisdiction of the Platform’s primary license. To the extent that Australian consumer protection law imposes non-excludable rights or obligations upon the Platform in its dealings with Australian-resident Users, those rights and obligations shall be respected and shall not be excluded, restricted, or modified by these Terms and Conditions. Users who are residents of Australia acknowledge that certain provisions of Australian consumer law may apply to their use of the Platform and agree to resolve any disputes in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 11 before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Popmolly collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Data may be shared with third-party service providers, payment processors, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform. Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and Popmolly with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Popmolly to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of the Platform’s right to enforce that provision at a later time. These Terms and Conditions are available in English only, and in the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
